At Vintage Bubble, we want you to love your purchase! While we currently do not accept returns or refunds, we’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or product within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Please ensure the product is not damaged or worn
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges
- However, if you’re located in South Mumbai, you may not be charged for shipping—please reach out to us to confirm eligibility
How to Request an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, simply email or WhatsApp us with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item you’d like to exchange and your preferred replacement (size/product)
Our team will guide you through the next steps and help ensure a smooth exchange process.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange as soon as possible.
